Let us take the lead!

| I visited Zimbabwe on the 18 April 2011 when it was celebrating its 31st birthday, but there was nothing to suggest that indeed this was a country in celebration mood. Moreso there were no Billboards or posters on lamp posts letting people know where celebrations were taking place, or at best a theme for this year's celebrations. As a Marketing student myself I felt this is not a Nation celebrating its birthday or independence, normally such events are publicised or promoted extensively. It is such a vaccum that ZAPU should fill and fill it very well. There are so many Big Billborads all over Zimbabwe that were last uawd in 2000, my question is, Why we use such media to propagate our message? |
